At Welwyn Hatfield Community Services (WHCS) we find new skills and a workplace structure, discover creative work and develop self confidence and esteem to support the vulnerable in our Community. We recycle clothes by amending all clothing and materials. Reintegrating and rehabilitation of families is our major goal.
